The short version: we hold business contact information from public professional sources, supply it to businesses for B2B outreach, never sell consumer data, and remove anyone who asks — within 7 days.
1. Who we are
Contactify (“Contactify”, “we”, “us”) is a business-to-business contact data service operated by DesiCode InfoSolutions LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its office in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Contactify is built in partnership with LeadNear Technologies, Bengaluru, which provides data sourcing and verification infrastructure.
DesiCode InfoSolutions LLP decides how and why the personal data described in this policy is processed. It is the “data controller” for the purposes of the EU and UK GDPR and the “data fiduciary” for the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). Where LeadNear Technologies processes personal data for us, it does so under a written agreement and on our instructions.
2. Who this policy covers
- Website visitors and enquirers — people who browse contactify.llc or send us a quote request, question or message by form, email or WhatsApp.
- Clients — businesses that buy contact data from us, and the people who represent them.
- Professionals in our database — people whose business contact details appear in the B2B data we supply.
3. Information we collect
From website visitors and enquirers
- Details you give us: name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the requirements you describe.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit, recorded in standard server logs.
- Campaign tags: if you arrive from one of our emails or ads, the campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source) are attached to any request you send during the same visit.
From clients
- Contact and billing details, quotes, orders, invoices, payment records (including wallet addresses and transaction IDs for cryptocurrency payments), and our correspondence.
In our B2B database
- Business contact information: name, job title, seniority, work email, business or mobile phone number where published for business use, company name, website, industry, company size, business location and professional profile URL.
- We do not collect consumer, household, financial, health, biometric or other sensitive personal data, and we do not knowingly hold data about children.
4. Where our B2B data comes from
We compile business contact information from public, professional sources, including:
- company websites and published leadership or team pages;
- business registries and official filings;
- trade directories, industry associations and exhibitor lists;
- public professional profiles, press releases and news; and
- data maintained on LeadNear Technologies’s B2B data platform.
We verify contact details before every delivery and remove records that can’t be verified. Our Data Quality page explains how.

Much of the business contact information we hold has been made publicly available by the individuals themselves for professional purposes. Whatever the legal position in a particular country, we extend the same removal and correction rights to everyone in our database. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it.
6. Who we share data with
- Clients — business contact records are licensed to clients for lawful B2B outreach under our Terms of Service and Responsible Use Policy. Clients may not resell or share the data.
- Our data partner — LeadNear Technologies, which sources and verifies data on our behalf.
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery, cloud storage, payment-app and cryptocurrency-payment providers, and our partner firms in India, the UAE, Singapore and Hong Kong that receive local payments. They process data only to provide their services to us.
- Authorities and advisers — where required by law or a court, or to protect rights, property and safety.
We never sell data about consumers, and we never share the details you send through this website with other clients.
7. International transfers
We are based in India and serve clients worldwide, so personal data may be transferred to, and accessed from, countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — for transfers from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
8. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that don’t become orders — up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client and billing records — for as long as the law requires (typically eight years for Indian tax records).
- B2B database records — while they remain accurate and relevant. Records are re-verified every 90 days and deleted when they can no longer be verified.
- Suppression records — kept indefinitely, so that people who ask to be removed are never added back.
9. How we protect data
We use access controls, encryption in transit, secure file transfer for deliveries and least-privilege access for our team and partners. No system is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we will notify affected people and authorities of a personal data breach where the law requires.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to erase your data;
- object to our processing, including for direct marketing;
- opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information (California and other US states);
- withdraw consent where we rely on it;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights (India); and
- complain to a data protection authority.
To remove or correct your details, use our data removal form or email connect@contactify.llc. We action removal requests within 7 days and add your details to a suppression list so they are excluded from every future delivery. We respond to other requests within 30 days, and we will never charge you or treat you differently for exercising your rights.

12. Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses one strictly necessary cookie — a session cookie that protects our forms against forgery and abuse. It expires when you close your browser. We also use your browser’s session storage to remember campaign tags for the length of your visit. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load. Links to WhatsApp and other services are governed by those services’ own privacy policies.
13. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and significant changes will be highlighted here.
