A bulk list is built from filters — industry, role, company size and country — from 500 contacts, with a free sample first. A curated pull is for the exact companies, people or LinkedIn profiles you name: we research each one, so it is priced at a premium with a $500 minimum and no free sample.

There are eight price bands. Curated pulls cost $500 flat for up to 100 named contacts, then $5.00 per contact up to 499. Bulk lists start at $1.00 per contact from 500 contacts and fall to $0.15 at 250,000+ — as low as $0.14 above 500,000, on request. Each band starts at the price of the band below, so a bigger order never costs less. No subscriptions or seat licences; your quote confirms the final price.

Yes on bulk lists and ready-made lists: once you accept a quote, we send real records from your list so you can check the roles, companies and emails — 10 records on most orders and 25 on orders of 25,000 contacts or more. Curated pulls have no free sample, because every record is researched for you — you pay only for the contacts we can verify.

Yes. Top-ups and new segments are quoted at the rate for your combined volume, and we exclude contacts we’ve already delivered to you, plus any list you share with us.

Every email passes a seven-step check — syntax, domain, mail server, mailbox, catch-all detection, role filtering and recency — in the 48 hours before delivery. Anything we can’t verify is removed.

Every email in your file passed verification at the time of delivery. People do change jobs, which is why every list is backed by our 30-day bounce replacement guarantee.

About 20% of our records include a direct or mobile number, and they’re included at no extra cost wherever we hold them. Need phone-only records? We quote those separately.

Public business sources — company websites, business registries, trade directories, industry events, press and published professional bios — maintained on our partner LeadNear’s B2B data platform. We only collect business contact information.

Ready-made lists arrive within 24 hours of payment, and bulk lists from our inventory within 48 hours. Curated pulls take 2–5 business days, and large multi-country programmes are delivered in batches over 1–2 weeks.

Send us the bounce report within 30 days of delivery and we replace every hard-bounced contact free of charge.

In most markets, yes. Business contact data can be used for relevant B2B outreach if you follow local electronic-marketing rules — for example, a clear opt-out in every message. You are responsible for how you use the data; our Responsible Use Policy sets out the essentials.

No. Contactify supplies data only. We don’t run campaigns or send email for clients.

Never. We supply business contact information for professionals in their work roles — no consumer, household or sensitive personal data.

No. Lists are licensed for your own organisation’s use. Reselling or sharing them with third parties isn’t permitted under our Terms.

Anyone can ask to be removed through our data removal page or by emailing connect@contactify.llc with the subject “Data removal”. We action requests within 7 days and suppress the details from every future list.
